Christine has a wealth of experience in developed and emerging markets, technology sectors, and enterprise and consumer end markets. Having led investment banking and corporate development teams for organisations like PwC Securities, Wedbush Morgan Securities and The SingTel Group, Christine has advised diverse high technology-related companies on all aspects of strategy, investments, M&A, partnerships, new business models and financing. She has also served on the board of directors of Siliconix, a leading NASDAQ-listed semiconductor company, where she co-chaired the audit and compensation committees.

Dr. Wong’s expertise is in Cryptography and Information Security. He has authored over 200 publications on the above topic and has served as a member, including the chair, of the program committee for over 100 international conferences in cryptography and information security. Dr. Wong was previously in charge of the FinTech Initiative of the largest R&D Center in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), which focused on Cybersecurity, Blockchain or Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and Machine Learning

Hoi Tak has extensive experience across Asia-Pacific in strategic transaction structuring, contract drafting and negotiations for complex projects, in both TMT-related (technology, media, and telecom) and other commercial sectors. He has advised well-known brands including Tencent, AIA, AXA, Kering and Telstra — and worked with TMT and commercial companies and startups as they mature and launch projects. He is also an International Associate Editor for the Society for Computers and Law (UK), and is admitted as a solicitor in HKG and NSW (Australia).

Being an advisor to notable blockchain companies like Gatecoin & Level 01 Technologies, Itai has an abundance of experience and foresight in building blockchain-based ventures. Itai has held many positions from VP products and head of engineering to FinTech mentorship roles in startups across Asia, Middle East & the US. He was also an Entrepreneur in Residence at HAX, the world’s first and largest hardware accelerator, as well as 500 Startups. Itai has built and mentored a plethora of companies in finance. He previously co-founded Leverate, an industry leader in tech for online brokers, with over 100b USD in monthly trading volume.

Nizam has an abundance of experience in the regulatory, compliance and legal field. His previous positions include Head of the Market Conduct Policy Division of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Head of Compliance for Southeast Asia at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley, and Deputy Public Prosecutor/State Counsel at the Commercial Affairs Department and Senior Legal Counsel at Citigroup. Nizam is also Chairman of the Regulatory Sub-Committee of ACCESS, a Blockchain Association in Singapore.

Bernard has more than a decade of experience in finance and portfolio management across a diverse range of industries within Asian markets. Before his current role, Bernard was a general manager of treasury risk management at CITIC Pacific, where he restructured the organisation’s FX and interest rate derivative portfolio & implemented a new set of company-wide risk management controls. He was also the principal and CFO at Nitesh Real Estate Advisors, where he managed fundraising, along with tax & legal structuring for the company.

Gregory has 20 years’ experience in equity and debt markets in Asia and the USA. He has previously held Senior management positions in International Finance Corporation (IFC), Blackstone, H&Q Asia Pacific, and JP Morgan.

Simon has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry and currently leads global development and blockchain initiatives at The Digital Insurer, the worlds leading forum for digital innovation in insurance. He has a diverse mix of industry and consulting experience, working in senior roles across Life, GI and Asset Mgt businesses across Europe and Asia, which included KPMG as lead partner for digital innovation and insurance advisory and the MD of Aviva, in Hong Kong. He is particularly passionate about helping businesses find ways to make their products and services more relevant, to more people, through technology.
